All good, after 500 coffees it starts blinking requiring a deep cleaning - it's a bit concerning but while it's a good idea you don't really need to do it

Small, Powerful, High Quality

EXCELLENT machine , surpassed my expectation . Excellent "crema" without which an espresso isn't an espresso .. i highly recommend especially for its price category .

The bad reviews on this espresso machine are a list of people who didn’t read the directions. Even with 11 years experience managing a coffee shop and training hundreds of baristas, I knew it would be important to read the directions as every machine is different. Ive tried many home espresso machines, this is  hands down the best Ive tried and the steamer wand  works just as well as and is as easy to clean as the professional machines i’m used to. I was able to easily make a dry (all foam) cappuccino. I think people don’t realize that frothing is a skill, simply placing the wand in your milk won”t froth it.

Read the directions!

I had serious doubts about whether it was going to be possible to make really good espresso at home. I have previously owned one of those coffee makers with the integrated espresso function and milk frother and it was useless. I watched the online video where the guy suggested running a one-cup shot with just water to warm everything up before you actually do your espresso. That and the temperature guage did the trick. The machine is easy to run, uncomplicated, and the crema on the espresso is wonderful. We are now having the best espresso martinis and affogato desserts ever. We haven't actually used the milk frother yet, but even if it weren't very good (and based on everything else it is going to be great, I'm sure), we would still be more than delighted that we chose this model. So inexpensive compared to others on the market and yet well built and solid feeling.

Blown away with how simple to make great espresso

This expresso machine does everything as well or better than the De Longhi Dedica I originally had and had to replace when it stopped working.  The espresso pulled from the Casabrews is deep, dark, and flavourful, and the crema is perfect.  The steam wand is actually better than the De Longhi.  I love the ability to see whether I'm "in the zone" for perfect espresso extraction, and it has never failed yet to make a perfect cup, even with my limited skills.

Great little coffee maker.  Steaming the dairy product takes a little practice, but all good!  No more trips to Starbucks.

Nice, easy to use espresso machine for a beginner.  Paid for itself in less than a month worth of lattes.  Very happy with the purchace!

This item started out strong but we only use once or twice a week and after four months it stopped steaming. Also frustrated because it does not meet the return requirements. I won’t buy this again.

This coffee maker is very poor quality and does not work properly. I purchased it in September 2025 and it stopped working shortly after. I tried returning it in-store and online, but I was not able to get a resolution. For such an expensive product, this is extremely disappointing. I do not recommend this product.
