I have purchased this product a few times now. The quality and portioning is excellent. Shelf life in the freezer is also excellent.  The salmon is lovely quality, firm flavourful flesh. Price is also very good, especially when the product is on sale 😀

Catch of the Day Frozen Salmon

I buy these salmon fillets often. They always taste great and are individually packaged in sealed plastic pouches so they're easy to thaw prior to cooking. Each fillet is a small single person serving size. So no wastage.

Good quality salmon! I use it almost as much as possible in my diet. Although it might not be the cheapest, it's still considered good quality ones.

I must be honest, I havent had mine yet but I'm going to this coming week. I bet its as good as your deliveries always are.

I am pleasantly surprised that this fish still tastes great after being vacuumed sealed and frozen.  Portion size of each piece is perfect, thickness is good and it retains flavour when cooked down in some margarine and seasonings. 
The salmon comes with skin on which makes it perfect to keep it together while cooking another added bonus is that all pieces of the skin is well scaled.
Don't try to thaw it out or it will dissolve, season and cook frozen. 
The only downside is that there aren't more pieces and the pieces are not equally portioned. It is a 9/10 for me.

Good Taste

It would be better if all cuts were of equal thickness. Makes for over or undercooked salmon. Like individual portions are cryovaced.

Ok skin on fish

The fish is skin is hidden so I was disappointed when I opened the package and found the fish skin. Not my favourite so I´m not ordering the product anymore.

THIS IS THE FIRST TIME, TO ADK FOR A REFUND. 
I ate a piece 5 days ago, and get serious stomach ache and upset.
Today, again, I ate, thinking that maybe, it was something  else, but, again stomach deranged, and vomiting.  I would  like a refund  please. It is the first time, and is not q cheap.

Some of the nastiest salmon I've ever purchased  . Water logged, mushy texture and horrifically smelling . Waste of money unless you're using it to bait lobster traps .
