Tastes better than gluten free. Cook for exactly 8 minutes and don't over cook and it's great. My entire family loves this pasta.

Since a member of our family has had to go gluten free, we have been pleasantly surprised by Catelli gluten free pasta.  It tastes just like regular pasta.  It gets the thumbs up here.

Love this past and buy it all the time. Everyone that eats it loves it and doesn't even realize it gluten free.

Amazing!

The pasta was good but it fell apart into small pieces when serving. Not sure if it was cooked too long or if the  pasta needed to be cooked with cold water to stop the cooking process.

Good but not amazing

The gluten free pasta cooks well and is best served al dente. Not gummy or tasteless. Can't wait to try making lasagna with these as well. Great new addition to the line of products.

taste is ok but the spaghetti breaks into pieces while cooking. i put the spaghetti into the boiling water whole and intact, and when i drained it, it came out all broken in 2 inch pieces. absolute no for me %26 will never buy again.
