I bought these shoes after being in a foot cast for three months. They are the perfect combination of soft and supportive. I added another layer of insoles and my feet are still roomy in these shoes. Highly recommend if you want to feel like you're wearing slippers but look like you're wearing casual boots.

Loved these from the moment I skipped them on. Very comfortable and nice wide toe box, so it doesn't rub on the sides on my wide feet. First walk I took in them, it has just rained and I was very impressed with how grippy the soles are. Looking forward to many more cozy times very these throughout Fall and Winter.

Cozy yet functional

Love the boots - they look good with any outfit.  I do agree the arch feels like it is in the wrong spot - but does not make them uncomfortable for me.  I have had many compliments on the boots.

Cute boots

These boots make me so happy and look so good, my husband ordered the men's version (but a different color). Wearing these comfortable boots makes me feel much younger than 71 — and (I hope) add a bit of "cool" to my appearance!

Old Hipster

I love my Chaco Revel Chelsea boots! For years I wished I had the comfort of Chaco's in winter and now I do. I can wear these all day in comfort, not only because of the loveseat foot-bed but my feet also do not get to hot.

Great Buy

Very comfortable shoe for winter. Also got a lot of compliments. Took off a star for quality. Some of the fabric on the front of the shoe has rubbed off (and no this isn't because of how I walk or my other shoes would have a mark in the same place).

Comfy and cute.

Cute boots but not great arch support. The footbed is not the same quality as Chaco sandals. Consequently I can't wear it for long without a back ache.

I thought I was going to get the great support like my sandals but it is not the same and after a couple months of wearing my planter fasciitis came back in full force. It wasn't until summer when I got my sandals on that it started improving.

Boots

Love the look, as I'm a long time chaco owner. Although, the footbed is awful.  It is so thin you can feel every pebble. It does not have the strength and support my other chacos shoes and sandals do. Disappointed.

Not what I expected

Very uncomfortable, especially in ball of foot, feels like there is no padding.  I even put in my custom orthotics, which helped but still not good at all.
