Love Pistachio ice cream so  I was thrilled to see that Chapman's is now offering this flavour.  They did not disappoint.  Very creamy and delicious.  The almonds add a nice texture and a nutty flavour that goes very well with pistachio.

I have been having this delicious pistachio ice cream for many years and it is so amazing! Love the flavoour it is so much like a true pistachio taste and so creamy. Honestly I'm it's my favorite ice cream to buy in store. I'm addicted to it.

This is exactly how a pistachio icecream should be. Subtle and the right amount of almonds.

I love Chapman's ice cream products and it took me a long time to find this flavour in stock at my local Walmart. I'm not surer what my brain was expectiong in terms of taste experience but it just smelled like almond cookies and tasted like a simple custard ice cream that my mother used to make with natural vanilla essence. The green colouration gave me pause because there wasn't really a green/pistachio flavour associated with the ice cream to justify being so green. So the enjoyment was tainted by this disconnect between my eyes and the taste & smell. Glad I had ordered two tubs so I know it wasn't a fluke. Good stuff but there are so many others I'd rate as perfect that this one moved to a second tier - which is still great because it's a great ice cream line.

It doesn't taste like pistachio at all, it tastes like mint ice cream. It's not bad but it doesn't deliver what it promises.
