[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are new to EV world and are excited to share that this electric charger has been amazing to use so far. Installation was super easy as per our electrician who installed it and instructions that come with the box are very easy to understand.

Pros: Easy to install and use. The app is one of the most beneficial parts of the experience. Our utility company shares the high rate and low-rate times and we have programmed the car to charge in the low-rate time, adding to the benefit of switching from gas to electric.

Cons: It needs the new 240-volt outlet on a dedicated 50A circuit installed with a 50-amp GFCI circuit breaker. This caused confusion and additional costs in the installation.

Great option for not buying charger with car

The charger is not working, the maximum charging current I could set it to is 16A and it is not allowing me to edit the charging current. Takes average of 18 hours to charge to just 80%, this is not a fast level 2 charger I wanted. Need a replacement and return and refund
