[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything was in great condition. My son was so happy and excited to be his favorite Pokémon character this Halloween. He got so many compliments. The only down side I wish he had an actual turtle shell on his back. I did find a squirrel turtle shell backpack on another store website so it turned out perfect.

My son loved his costume!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Costume was unavailable in exact sizes, so instead of a size 4, I had to order a 4-6.  This required significant alterations to sleeves and legs.

The costume is overall good quality however I ordered an XL and received a L!! Also the face mask was dented/damaged.

Company sent the wrong size. I ordered a xl and the sent a large.  I was so disappointed. Its too late to return or even order a new one. Its not likely to get anyone on the phone to help replace in time. The product itself is so cute and soft. My grandson loves it but its going to uncomfortable as he is a Hefty kid. The mask did come a little crushed. Otherwise i would order again just disappointed they sent the wrong size.
