The Cho-Pat Dual Action Knee Strap offers pain relief and protection from knee degeneration and overuse syndromes. The patented Dual Action Knee Strap applies pressure upon the patellar tendon just below the kneecap to help stabilize and tighten the kneecap mechanism, improving patellar tracking elevation while reducing the pain and discomfort from knee conditions. This pressure below the knee reduces knee displacement. The pressure above the knee reduces the force of the quad muscles on the knee and lessens the potential for knee misalignment. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Helped me walk when my arthritic knee flared up.  Helped keep my patella in place. Then a visit to an athletic orthopedist. Got anti inflammatory med. Much better. Strap helps for long walks and travel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My right knee occasionally feels like a tendon or muscle has been pulled in a way that is painful.  I've had other knee "supports" that tend to squeeze the daylights out of my leg/knee which is almost worse than the thought of damaging my knee.  The Cho-Pat supports the knee in a way that allows use of your knee without cutting off circulation or over-squeezing part of the leg.  It is very easy to put on and take off.

My Opinion - the Cho-Pat is best for me

I have worn these straps for years and they have allowed me to continue to play competitive basketball into my 50's. They are the best!

The BEST knee strap. They do NOT slip at all.

This was recommended by an orthopedic surgeon. It actually stops the pain with motion in my knee without constricting my motion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Normally I would give this product 6 stars, if I could. However, in my last purchase , the sizing was smaller than in the past. It still works great, but it looks kind of funky. 

That being said, I probably need a knee replacement, but this device allows me to exercise and play sports relatively without pain. It's a great product that I've been using since the 1990's . Love it !!!

I like this brace. Better than the other brand I was wearing in emergencies or times when my knee was overworked. I had an mis-step recently and damaged my knee. I knew I needed something different. It works well although does tend to slide down, outside clothing or on bare leg. Still would recommend for short term injury. I do advise paying attention to the sizing details the company provides. It was very accurate in my case.

Worth it!

This is a great product to wear if you have had a knee injury.  

However, the company you used to send it to me charged me "shipping" after you said there would be "no shipping".

This was is too big. Measured correctly and bought the size per the vendors suggestion but this is unwearable and a waste of 30 bucks. 😠🤬
