Works great, it lightened my hair the way it said it would. My roots were lighter than the rest of my hair, even though I put it on the ends of my hair before I put it on my roots and waited 10 minutes like the instructions said, so next time I would wait longer before applying it to my roots. It smelled like ammonia strongly but that was expected.

After lifting my dark blonde hair to platinum, I wanted to do a little more lift in spots, where hair strands were a tiny bit too yellow; this did the job, perfectly! Using a purple-based after-shampoo conditioner keeps my strands the icier Platinum I like! (Always apply a Filler before coloring your hair! I pull a Filler through my hair strands, letting it dry in my hair, the day before any color appliation; the filler protects against hair breakage when lightening, and assures depth in coverage when darkening hair!)

I am completely shocked how well this product worked! My hair is bright blonde! Before it was a dingy  dark blonde color, now it is nearly platinum! Very easy to use! Yes! Blonde it up!

Lifts roots very well, but doesn't do much for the mids and ends of the hair without added heat. If you're trying to do an all over change or ombre, just get some regular bleach hon.

If I could put a negative review, I WOULD. To start off, this stuff smelled so bad it gave me an awful headache. Second, my hair was a very nice light color to begin, I had light blonde hair with some highlights that were a bit cooler than the rest of my hair. I was going to use this to make it a little lighter but boy did it do the complete opposite. My hair is now splotchy and BRIGHT YELLOW!!!! It took all the coolness out of my hair and left me with spots of orange and yellow. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS AND GO GET IT PROFESSIONALLY DONE!!!!!!!!  The applicator was awful as well because it just wouldn’t come out. This is one of my worst purchases EVER.

Pulls red and looks very fake. The color doesn’t resemble what is represented on the box. The smell of ammonia is too strong, also.

it did not lighten my hair to blonde like before. im not a happy customer right now. please fix this product so i can purchase again in the near future!
