I love this product

I have used Nice N Easy 5N for years. Most recently, the product continued to darken after mixing until it turned black. I removed it from my hair before processing time was finished and it turned out ok, but my grey hairs have a greenish tinge. Do you have a recall on this product? I tried to add images of the black color and lot/batch number, but this form would not allow. I tried to call your 800 number to discuss, but was sent into a survey.

I purchased the nice n easy no 6 shade (light brown) when applying the mixture it didn't look like it usually does although the colour tube had no 6 on the back. This is something I always check before colouring my hair! The end product has an awful purple tint!! I have used nice n easy religiously for many years and I am very disheartened at the product and results I have experienced on this occasion!! Have you changed your mixtures???? I purchased two boxes of the said dye as they were on offer and am now very apprehensive about using this second box. Could you please advise. Thanks Elaine

Purple tint from a light brown box dye no 6

I have been using dark blonde no 7 for years no problems. Today I used and i noticed the mix was a different colour. I got concerned that it seemed to be getting more purple so I decided to stop and wash it out of my hair. Thank god I did - the mix went dark purple. I can't understand what happened I did exactly what I normally do but I after reading all the other negative reviews it appears something is going wrong in production

Dark blonde shade was dark purple!

I have been using nice and easy medium ash blonde for nearly 40 years and it has always been absolutely brilliant - the past few boxes my hair has turned a terrible colour - rather than ashy it is vey very bright yellow ! And has  no tone at all. At my son's wedding my hair looked terrible and I felt awful in the all the photos -it ruined my day.  I thought it was me but now reading all these reviews it looks like you've changed the formula - it's terrible and doesn't work - please please change it back - I'm not the person I used to be when my hair looks like yellow straw and my other son is getting married in 2 months and I have nothing to use - please advise where I can get the old formula - I have tried leaving it on for longer as I have greyer hair  but whatever I do it just doesn't work. Please please bring back the old product I'm completely stuck

Nice and easy medium ash blonde

What happened to the old formula of nr 5 nice and easy medium brown colour? I been using the old formula for years but recently when I bought a new box from the supermarket  the colour turned my grey roots yellow instead of  nice brown colour like before. It looked absolutely terrible!! I will switch the brands from  now on  as Clairol reviews for nr 5 are very  bad.👎👎👎

Terrible hair colourant!

Have used this for two years and the change in formula has absolutely ruined the product. Doesn't even dye new growth properly. Colour doesn't stick so now I am left with banding that can be seen when I am in daylight. I beg please change the formula back to old one I can't cope.

New formula is shocking

Have been using this colour for mmany years to cover my greys.  This time it has not covered at all, leaving me with a different coloured regrowth stripe, the new formula is shocking. When washing it out I noticed th colour was a different colour then reading these reviews can see that it is not just me having a problem with this new formula.  Clairol you need to sort this out as you have lost a valued customer and now i need to find something to match my colour that will colour the greys.

New formula does not cover greys

I have been using Nice n Easy Medium Brown for 5 years a never had a problem, now the formula has changed, it doesn't cover my grey roots and turns them yellow instead. Very disappointed, not sure why I the formula has changed. I will never purchase Nice n Easy again, will try another brand. I'm now left to try and sort out my hair, which look a total mess!!

New formula terrible!

Why have you changed the formula? I have used medium brown no. 5 for years and years no problem. However it now doesn't cover grey roots n is a yellow colour. It looks terrible. I thought it was a bad batch but obviously reading these reviews something has definitely changed during production. The stuff in bottle is now black (before it was creamy) n washes off like powder. Please revert to old formula. No idea what brand to use now! Your old formula was perfect & lovely.
