It was identical to the previous one I had.  It was used for over 8 yrs before it started to become cracked and a bit rusty.  this time I purchased 2.

Good product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this same drainer 5 years ago and it is very sturdy and great. Sits down in my sink so it is not taking up counter space.  I find the strainer very cost effective, and  meets all needs .

This is an 8x20 coated over the sink drain basket . If you have a half sink I'd advise this does the job for the $ and you'll need a new one every five years or so . The coating will get a crack then rust starts slowly . By that time you're  ready for a nice new one and the old one did you right!

Perfect drainer

We purchased this to replace a chrome plated rack that was rusting. Wish we wouldve purchased this one first. This one is very solid and fits our rimless sink perfectly. 

Its small so it doesnt hold a ton of dishes but it works for how we use it. You need to be careful about putting sharp knives in it so you dont cut into the vinyl. I towel dry ours and set them on the edge for 15 minutes then put them away.

BUY THIS RACK!

This is a nice, solid rack with good heavy enamel paint. I had my old one for several years and needed a replacement. This works well for me as I have a very small kitchen with a single sink. This fits in half my sink and leaves plenty of room for my dishpan. It has some good plate ridges to help keep them standing up to drain that my old one didn't have. It's a little bit smaller than the old one, but it's adequate for two people.

Couldn't find at any local store; found on sale online with Walmart and super fast shipping even right before Christmas!

Measure to make sure drain fits your sink.  Very nice for two people or less dishes or pots and pans to wash.

Disappointed in durability of item. Coating separating from metal and rust is present. I have been using these over the sink drainers for about 15 years. They don't seem to last very long. I purchased end caps to cover the legs but there was too much rust to cover up. Closet Maid did not want to help and I can't see paying $12 for a replacement plus $10 shipping. I'll be looking for another dish drainer.
