This has long been a favorite due to the quality, variety, and price points.  These papers can be used for a variety of arts and crafts projects in addition to the expected utility.  For example, I've mounted music on them for page turning ease, used them in school projects for display, along with drawing and painting or crafts.

Good value

Love this watercolor paper, esp if you can't afford the high end.  Good weight and thickness to the paper. Has the  normal amount of warping during painting, but when dried, it returns flat.

Great paper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the best watercolor papers I've bought. The price was much better than other retailers.  And availability was so much better

The paper is 140 lb thick and I cut it with an X-acto knife to form dioramas or silhouettes I back light with a LEDs for neat affects. The paper is strong, rigid, and excellent for crafting.

My Review

This a good priced watercolor paper. It is not cotton, but it does handle watercolor well. Wet on wet technique works, but doesn't give the results you expect from all cotton. But it's great for practice or decent cheap alternative to cotton. Also good for kids. A nice heavy weight so kids can get it pretty wet, as they will, without falling apart.

Good non-cotton watercolor paper

Best and thickest watercolor paper I have ever bought. My child is an artist who loves to paint daily. She loves it. It is of great quality. This paper never has the problem of pilling, tearing or getting holes from the wet paint. I will only buy this from now on!

This is exactly what I needed to have to uses for my painting pictures. Would recommend this for a beginner to use.

Very good beginner paper.  Must tape it down if doing wet painting. I recommend it for starting out with learning.

When I received this today, the cover was separated from the pad. It was really disappointing because I bought it for my sister. However, I really liked how the papers were thick.
