[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a LOT of pieces! I'm hoping to use mine at the door to the garage, which is just outside the laundry room. It will be handy there for hanging coats, my purse, etc.

Lots of pieces!

So it's fair, you get what you pay for. It does the job nicely for a shoe rack but a place to hang stuff not so much. The hooks break just placing a jacket on it sometimes so it's definitely not meant to hold jackets but more light weight stuff. With me leaving a jacket, scarves, and some beanies it bent a little forward. The material is light weight metal bars and plastic tubes. Overall a good product for the price but not so good something long term.

I ordered this coat rack with the shoe storage bench hoping that it would be of good, sturdy quality. The picture is kind of deceiving because it looks like it's a metal rack, but it's all plastic. There are no screws or anything to hold all of the pieces together, and the unit is extremely light weight and flimsy. It's ok for the shoes for now, but I don't even feel that the shoe rack will last long because of the material used to hold the shoes. Lastly, the moment I hung a few coats and jackets on it, the entire top half began to lean forward, and will no long stand straight, and when I try to slide the unit or pick it up, the plastic pieces that hold it together come apart. I'm totally disappointed in this product because I had such high hopes for it. I would NOT recommend this product unless you plan to only use the shoe rack, or have some way of anchoring the top half so that it stays straight and doesn't lean the moment you hang a couple of coats on it.

Very Disappointed!

Decent. Cheap. The picture is misleading about it's height. Does the job for hats, belts and scarves in my walk-in closet but that's about it.

When you pay less, don't expect more

On a positive note, this was really easy to assemble. The bad part about the easy assembly is that it's not very sturdy. I was hoping for a more sturdy plastic. It could be good for a kids' room, but I dont know if it's sturdy enough for adult items.

Not Ideal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this thinking it was a nice and sturdy halltree for my small entryway in my town home and I am super disappointed at how cheap and unstable it is. Do not buy this with the intent of hanging coats or jackets on it - hats and scarves are maybe safe but anything more and im afraid it will fall apart. It is flimsy, cheap material and not solid at all. One of the bars were also the wrong size and had to be cut down in order to fit. Buyer beware! I feel catfished.

Catfishing at its' finest

Product is trash. The part for coats won't hold anything. It bends and eventually breaks in those parts. The only thing I can use is the shoe rack.

Trash (wish I could return for a refund)

Its a piece of cheap crap!
