[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Did not originally see this all purpose thread on my search. Though it said the item was available, turned out it wasn't, but the substitution, though a bit more expensive, was actually a better quality thread and still worked with the sewing machine.

This thread is great for hand sewing. I was using the cheap stuff that comes in kits %26 this makes a huge difference!! Way easier to sew with it's got more sturdiness, %26 more strength

Great for hand sewing

So happy you still have sewing thread and also happy to see some really pretty fabric.  The only thing is the yardage isn't what it used to be but at least you have some really pretty yard packages and also pretty fat quarters.  Better than nothing!

If you're using a sewing machine, do yourself a great favor and only buy this brand. I have been sewing professionally (seamstress) for over three decades and have found that this is the best brand thread. Other brands will pop/snap/break while you're sewing, causing you to have to stop right in the middle of a project to re-thread, which is time consuming. Other brands often get jammed in the inner bobbin case and cause huge knots in your thread right in the middle of sewing and will sometimes ruin your fabric, but this brand never does that.  Yes, this brand does cost about twenty percent more than the other brands (35% more if you shop any place other than Walmart), but I would gladly pay triple for this brand to avoid all the aforementioned 'sewing issues.'

The Only Brand of Thread I Will Ever Use

The color matched perfect for both my dress and curtains. It's a good size. It is sturdy. Glad I bought it.

Great thread and prefect color that matches many of the fabrics on the market today that are sold by Walmart. It works well in my sewing machine.

I use this on sewing my crafts it works great doesn't break and holds Good I don't even have to use the fabric glue.

The thread was a perfect color for what I needed. The thread itself is great. I did find it difficult to get the thread out of the slit at the top. The end was very short and it was really stuck in there. It took more effort than normal.
