Not sure why most people complaining about the pull tab, reading those reviews made me think twice of ordering, but i pulled the trigger and man idk what kind of socks those guys were using, those complaining about having blisters and bleeding idk but sounds like sus reviews. I have a wide foot i didnt go size up i went TTS and they were perfect fit,
a little snug but after couple of use they were perfectly fine.

Good looking shoe, very light and comfortable except the heel cap. Its top border does not have any cushioning and given its knit construction it will start causing irritation on the back of your heels due to friction. Thinking of returning it.

I like that the shows are light and airy, not to mention they look great with business casual. What I don't like is where the strap/loop to pull them on is sewn in, it continues to give me blisters. I've had to resort to band aids every time I wear them…

As others have said, it's painful at the heel.  However, I liked the style so much that I just decided to snip away as much of the leather heel tab as I could and that has made it tolerable to wear.

I have no idea why they can't just soften the heel (like a sneaker) and make this a best-seller!?

Fix the heel and it would be a winner.......

I love ZeroGrands, so it pains me to write this.  The Shoes look amazing and love my other “flyknit” ZeroGrands, but these are just uncomfortable due to a sharp/over-protruding back heel.
If you do not wear thick enough socks these will cut your heels up.  And I intended to wear these with no-show socks.  I didn't last 3 hours in these shoes.

Medieval Torture

Within 10 minutes of wearing this shoe today, the skin on both my achilles started blistering.  Very uncomfortable.  I am at work right now suffering with this shoe on.  Cole Haan's are my favorite shoe but his is absolutely terrible.  Bad design at the heel that is almost sharp.  I am going to ask for a store credit or refund.

They left a bliter on both of my heals. I guess this is why they were discounted. But why would you guys sale shoes that are causing issues? There are multiple reviews and comments that say the same thing. This is by far the worst pair of shoes that I have. I'm sorry to say this because I have 8 pair of Cole Haan. That's all I wear to work.

This are the worse Cole Haan shoes I have ever purchased.  The heel makes them almost unwearable.  And the size varies a lot.  Would definitely not recommend.  Also, not returnable.

Disappointed

Have previously bought 2 pairs of Zero Grand men's shoe & they are Great !!

However, This model is sub=par in construction with ZER0 support or cushioning.

The shoelaces are so low grade they won't stay knotted. 

Hoping I can return them for a credit.

This is a major issue and quite disappointing with these shoes. They're hurting the back of my ankle, causing significant pain and regret over my investment in them. In contrast, I have a similar shoe from a different brand that is incredibly comfortable and has given me no issues.
