Dresser

One of our drawers are stuck and doesn't open all the way without a fight. All the other drawers also struggle to fully close, you need to put in some effort. 
Pretty disappointed! Beautiful piece but not very easy to function with!
We hired movers to take the dresser up two flights of stairs, so don't want to pay to have people bring it back down to return and replace it. Walmart said this is a 3rd party vendor so they weren't much help at all.I got a wopping $20 store credit for my drawer that won't open, what a joke! We were offered $5 at the beginning and after a solid week of calling back and forward we got a whole $20 LOL

Pretty disappointed!

Although it is a sturdy product, it is definitly not practical, at least for our use.
We bought this dresser for our nursary room only and only because of its dimensions. On the website it says it is 34 x 56 x 20.5 but in fact it is 34 x 52 X 18. Very smaller than what I wanted. The other thing that I do not like about this dresser is the drawers. It requires two hands and you have to pull it really hard. (The whole dresser moves every time that I try to open a drawer). So obviously it will not work for a nursary when you are holding your baby with one hand and you only have one hand free. 
Another frustrating thing is that we called Walmart and asked them to initiate a return process and they said we would receive communication to schedule a pick up time for a return. After 2 weeks, we have not heard anything back from them yet. My husband tried to call them several times to follow up on the return. He had to stay on hold for about 2/5 to 3/5 hours every time and still no luck.

Wrong measurements & difficult to open the drawers

This is a beautiful dresser, but like others the drawers stick, you have to push them hard to shut and then we have the bottom right side drawer that seem a bit off making the right side corner stick out farther than the left side. I called 4 different people, and got to the 5th person and offered $15.00 off the dresser, or go thru the hassle of taking back a 100lbs dresser that I ordered online and was delivered by fedx as I don't own a truck!

Will never buy anything big like this again from WALMART

Used this dresser for a few months and the bottom drawer no longer works. Reached out to Walmart but they won't do anything if over 90 days. Caution if you're buying this ahead of a baby arriving, as they will not stand behind the product. The wood also scratches extremely easy, so putting a change pad on top of it is not a good idea. Would not recommend.
