I bought this crib for my first child and loved it, so bought another one for my second child that is arriving soon. It was pretty easy to follow the assembly instructions, though you do need two people to put it together. I like how many different heights you can place the mattress at, we used pretty much all of them for our first child. We have yet to use the toddler rail for our older child, but liked that this crib comes with that option and plan on using it within the next 6 months. Crib has not chipped at all or shown other signs and wear and tear over almost 3 years. Value is very good as the price point is much lower than other cribs.

Sturdy and has longevity

This crib has not been used by baby yet but we really like it for the price. The first one we ordered did come damaged because of crummy delivery but we returned it in store and ordered a second one. That one was very easy to instal and is very sturdy. I love that it has so many height options as a short momma. One thing I thought could be improved but I also don't know if this is a feature of all cribs (first time mom here) is the spring/mattress rack. So the crib is white but the rack is black, so it forces you to use a crib skirt, which isn't a biggie…. however the mounts to the crib make it hard to put a skirt on nicely without still seeing bits of the black rack at the corners through the white  vertical “bars”because they angle upwards 

Other than that, it's great for the price! We got it on sale and don't really plan on using it to convert to the other options as we plan to use it as a crib for the next baby, but it's nice to know we have options of plans change!

Great for the price!

Crib is good quality and visually attractive. I didn't give a full 5 stars because the natural colour shows all one solid and uniform colour. The crib I got is natural frame and pine slats that are lighter than the wood frame. If I knew it would be two different woods/looks, I would've purchased a different colour.

Good crib—misleading colour

For the price it does the job. 
Putting it together: the mattress frame is hard you need to push out the metal levers so the extend enough to screw in on either side of the crib. 
The top of the crib: the edges are kind of rough. They aren't the smoothest when you run your hand along them. So when my baby started teething I purchased the rubber teething railings to cover the top of the crib.

Nice looking crib

The product has minor defects like paint chip. It looks sturdy though. Mine came with a missing screw, so I called the manufacturer on a Friday. They sent it and I got it the following Monday.

Good

The crib is worth the price we paid for.
The box came VERY beat up. The mattress springs were dented but could hold a mattress anyways.
It was hard to build since the screws weren't long enough.
We chose the natural color. Although, the lats aren't the same color... 3 types of natural color in one crib. I thought about returning it but then I decided to keep it and deal with it because of the cheap price.

Not bad but you get what you paid for

The wood slats and the wood perimeter of the crib is two different colours woods. Was not happy with the wood colour of this crib at all. I ended up painting the perimeter of the crib white and keeping the wood slats. If your looking for a natural looking wood I would not buy this.

Crib colour

I love the style of the crib!   When i recieved it some of the peices were not painted nicely/properly and there were chips on it.   When i buy something i do expect it to be pretty oerfect if its brand new so i was annoyed.  I tried to contact concord myself.... but radio silence.   I guess this is what you get for a cheap crib!

Bought this on line in November.  It finally arrived mid-December.  However, it arrived damaged! Took forever for them to pick it up and still haven't received my refund!

Arrived damaged

I really loved this crib. It was wonderful for both my children and I purchased this back in 2018. Now that my children are older, I've been ready to use their crib to convert to a full-size bed, HOWEVER, the parts are not available to make the full sized bed. The company is impossible to reach. I've called, and I've emailed. Do not purchase if you want to use the full 4-in-1 options. So disappointed.

Great Crib - but that's it. NO full sized bed.
