I love this chair. My son took it over. The only problem I had was when I was connecting the seat to the back. It is a pain to line up the holes. The directions are ok, but the could have been better. I did not rate the Durability because I only got it about 2 weeks ago.

My husband and I shopped around on line to find the best product with the best price. Of course I always end up on Wal-mart. The chair was shipped immediately and received in great time. We have had a similar chair before so we knew what we wanted. The product and price was great. Would recommend to anyone.

Great chair, easy to put together,looks stylish

Arrived in perfect condition. Feels very sturdy to me, very solid build.  My partner is 6 ft 170lbs and he loves it. I am 5.4 110lbs and I love it too.
Easy to put together took me lass than 1 hour 
 Very comfortable. Reclines back enough for naps and it locks in the reclined spot. there are approximately 5 notches for different angles. Swivel is very smooth. Looks very nice. Stitches are perfect. Love the beige color, cherry wood is perfect contrast. Im glad I took the chance, thank you Walmart

Good comfy chair.  Went together easily. Had all the pieces to it. Saw some reviews where the chair was banged up, smelled bad, and didn't go together well at all.  Totally the opposite of my experience. Sometimes you just get a bad piece of furniture in. Mine had no scratches and I just had to do a little squeezing to get some of the parts together which is normal for some furniture. I had to do a little squeezing for the ottoman legs when I was screwing the pieces together which I have encountered with other furniture pieces but everything looks great and its all functional. The little wooden knob for the chair release goes onto a metal piece that has nut grooves on it so I was looking for a piece that went into the wooden knob for a few minutes. I don't think there is one. I held onto the metal lever and just wedged the wooden knob on and it sticks onto it just fine.  Really wanted the white version of the chair but I settled for the coffee because of the price difference.  I'm about 6'2" and this chair is comfortable. It is lower to the ground than a regular chair but this is a comfy reclining chair. Got it for my computer desk and I just grabbed on of those under the desk sliding keyboard things. Voila, low chair problem solved. Its very sturdy too and as long as you don't lean off the side it won't tip. It has a circular bottom so this is completely natural for a chair to do. It's not safe to be leaning off the edges of any chair though. I could definitely fall asleep in this chair and I spend 10plus hours at the computer a lot doing graphic design. This has nice padding and elbow room and you can easily kick back with a graphics tablet in your lap with your feet kicked up on the ottoman doing design work for hours. I only use the first two levels of adjustment because thats enough for me. The bottom of the back digs into my lower back if I lay it back any more than that. I'm sure once the chair has a few years under its belt the rest of the recline notches will become useful. If you get a bad chair just send it back and have them send you a new one, it happens. Mine was worth it.

Good Comfy Chair

I've had the chair for several months now, and it is still like new.  It's very comfortable and reclines easily.  Recommended!

I didn't expect it to take me as long as it did to put it together (2 hours) but then I never put a chair together before. I am comfortable in it and very happy with my purchase.

Fairly easy setup, looks much more expensive, comfortable except when in full recline.
The support for the lower back when in full recline is painfull. Don't purchase thinking
you'll be able to fall asleep in it. Overall a great value.

Good product, box was damaged when I went to the store to pick it up. When I got home to put it together the handle was damaged. Waiting to hear if they'll replace it. Otherwise very comfortable and nice looking chair!!!

Chair was damaged on arrival. Multiple wooden  parts damaged. Screws stripped out of base of chair. Need to return this item.
