Bought for 18 month old granddaughter to use with supervision. I could not get this to connect to my internet after several attempts and days trying. It wanted access and to set up to a Gmail account so i opted to return. This is a great package deal for price. I had technical issues.

The features are wonderful.  The Screen is extra sensitive for being made for children.  screen cracked while my son was playing it and got shards of the screen in his fingers.  Can't replace the screen because it cost more to replace the screen than it does to purchase another tablet, (which i refuse to do!)  Not everyone can afford to replace educational items just because of the lack of quality.

I was disappointed with this purchase because I got this tablet for my son as a Christmas present (He's been wanting one for awhile) but, anyways…when he opened it and got it turned on it fell out of his hand an hit the floor (but just fyi it was literally a small/short fall from his hands to the floor it didn't crack the screen or anything) and when I picked it up it would come on to the screen but it wasn't letting me click on anything or slide the screen up to unlock (I think it popped the touchscreen button outta place or something) It definitely wasn't worth it for it to mess up so easily like that😩🤦🏻‍♀️ I certainly wouldn't recommend this Tablet to anyone else that's for dang sure!🎯‼️

Doesn't work with 5 g internet. Maybe I missed that but very disappointed. My daughter says she'll be happy with what she has but I honestly think I'll be sending it back. No point in keeping it if it's not even compatible with our Wi-Fi. If it connected with our Wi-Fi I would have loved it and kept it.

Despite seeing some bad reviews I went ahead and purchased this for my son to do schoolwork on.  Definitely disappointed. Tablet is so slow, the app wouldn't load all the way (and it does fine on other android devices). If you only want this for the pre loaded games then maybe it would be a good investment, but definitely not what we were looking for. The battery also does wear down extremely fast! Not keeping

Even with a heavy duty case an screen protector my kids were able to smash it and break it super easy only had it for a week. Like it's a cheap product that's why I figured if I bought the good case and screen protector that it would help its value and definitely was wrong about that.

Do NOT waste your money on this! Purchased for a Christmas present only to let my child down 7 months later with a piece of trash tablet. Stopped turning on and will not charge. Absolute garage. Not to mention Contixo is out of business. Walmart will send you to the manufacture's warranty page where Contixo will ignore your online warranty claim, they don't answer their phones and their online chat will tell you they have “insufficient AI funds”. Money down the drain and a very sad kiddo.

My Package For A Kids Tablet That I Didn't Receive

We bought this for our 4 year old for adult guided online learning and immediately it would not charge with most of our chargers. When we found one charger cord that did work with it, it took an average of 12 hours to fully charge. At 24 days after purchase, is stopped charging at all. We returned this item for a replacement and at 3 days in, the replacement is working as it should, so we will see if it was just a defect with the first one.

absolutely not worth the money at all. The tablet is super slow, took forever to connect to the Internet and takes forever to scroll or bring anything up. The headset doesn't work no sound comes out of them. Worthless tablet and my 3 year old daughter was so excited when she got it and then i had to take it away to return it tomorrow!
