I need something my rabbits couldn't climb thru and get to the wires.  Using carbines on the old one didn't do the job. Easy to assemble once you correct the bolt issue. The rubber had moved on a couple so that they wouldn't lock,  once that got taken care of it was smooth sailing again.

I purchased this TV stand for a 48 inch Plasma TV. Plasma TVs are much heavier and bulkier than flat screen TVs. I could not find a stand nice enough to hold the weight of the TV at a great price. The TV weighs about 40-60 pounds. I could not find a nice stand for under $100.00. I found this one!!! It was easy to put together by myself. I only needed help to lift the TV on to the stand. The instructions were surprisingly easy to follow. and took less than an hour to assemble. The only thing I don't like are the doors, which are plastic and not glass. The doors do not cheapen the look of this TV stand because it compliments any décor . I'm glad I bought it because the price couldn't be beat!!!

Great TV stand

The instructions were very clear and easy to understand. I was able to put it together with my 3 year old daughter along side of me watching/helping (as she would say).

Fantastic TV Stand

Bought this tv stand for my son for Christmas. My husband put it together pretty quickly. It's a sturdy stand, good quality. Only issue I had is that the cabinet doors are not glass. They are plastic and feel flimsy. Other than that my son likes it.

Good tv stand

When I received the TV stand I opened the box and to my dismay one of the pieces had a crack on it. I thought about just returning it to Wal-Mart, but since the crack was on a bottom piece, and I really needed a stand for my 40 inch TV, and I liked the appearance of it I decided to keep it. The cracked piece is on the bottom and will never be seen, but I wanted to make sure that the crack wouldn't spread any further, so I put some glue on the crack then after it dried I put black nail polish over it. It seems to be pretty strong now. This TV stand was very easy to set up. I like the way it looks and it's very functional. I have a lot of old VHS and DVD movies that it holds real well in the cabinets. Had it been made of real wood, and not had a crack on it I would have given it a five star rating. I think I would have paid more money for the stand just to have the shelves and doors made from real wood, and the tubes holding up shelves made from metal instead of plastic; because I like the way it looks, and how easy it is to put together.

Very Easy To Set Up

I really like the stand I just didnt think the door would be plastic but other than that I love it my tv fit perfectly on it

Good

Good item, but Assembly is not easy, need little more precision And accuracy. I took all precautions while assembling but I drive one wood peg less depth on the vertical wood support piece hence it protruding out very little and breaks the middle panel one spot. Of course I used the wood glue to cover up it. 
Pros: Good item,  structure is strong enough to support my 60 inch Samsung LED Smart TV. 

Cons:1)  Assembly is not easy, need little more precision. 
My 60 inch TV horizontal length is two more inch longer than actual size of this stand.

Good item, but Assembly is not easy,..

My previous TV stand was too bulky and everything was exposed so my curious 12 mth old was always into stuff. I was a little caught off guard because the side doors are plastic and I wasn't sure I would like it, but once put together and set up, it looks pretty nice. You can't see any cords, the stand is sleek and gave us a little more room in the living room. Controllers, games and other things are put away and it looks neat. The stand is shorter than our last one, so my lo can actually touch the TV now. I thought that would be a problem, but I guess now that there is no real interest to her (nothing loose to slide across the floor) she just walks by.

Pretty good item

TV stand is pretty good. Looks great in my apartment. I didn't realize that the two outer doors are plastic. My main reason for giving only 3 stars is that where the two plastic doors go, my unit is missing two holes that the door should be secured in. So the doors sort of flop around when I open them.  The doors are one of the last steps to putting the TV stand together so I didn't notice the lack of holes until I was already on the last step. I wasn't about to disassemble the unit and return it after putting it together, so I will likely take off the doors all together. Sort of disappointed about that.

Fairly Decent

It does not say in the review of product...nor does it look like it in the photo, but beware...the doors are cheap, flimsy, reflective plastic! This is very cheaply made and it looks like it. To top it off, there were missing parts. I returned to store and did not purchase another.
