My 16 yr old granddaughter had never had the Chuck Taylor All Star Lift Platform High Tops before, only the regular Chuck Taylor All Star High Tops. She loved the feel of these shoes and mentioned how comfortable the insoles were. Actually, Converse is all she typically wears on a daily basis. So, I purchased these in three colors...white, black, and navy. She loves them and has retired her other Chuck Taylor All Star High Tops, which had lasted a long time, but did need to be replaced. :)

absolutely love my platforms! I work on my feet all day and they actually provide great comfort to standing on my feet. I also love wearing them while riding my motorcycle. Wished they had light reflective ribbing around the base and converse inner patch. I wear reflective shoe strings to add a bit of safety light reflection while riding at night. Hit me up for a collab!!

YES.. Classic and Comfortable!!

I had a pair of platforms for 5 years and they were perfect. I wore them almost every day and after 5 years of adventures they were destroyed. They lasted a long time and are very good quality. I just got a new pair and I'm very excited to have a fresh pair for all my upcoming adventures!!

Perfect for me

I ordered the wide hoping they were wide enough. They're okay. I also initially sized down half as suggested; wayyyy too tight on my pinky toe. Exchanged for my usual size and that helped a bit, enough to keep them. But they definitely still rub my pinky toe something fierce. As far as comfort goes other than the rubbing they are quite comfortable. Just a shame they aren't any wider.

Still not wide enough

These Converse Hi top sneakers are cute but they are so painful to wear. The metal eyelets dig through and made cuts on both my outer and inner ankles! The foot bed is also very flat and quite uncomfortable to wear. I am so sad as I love the pink color and design!

Cute but Painful Shoes

There is something very off about my newest pair! They feel very light, as if they're very cheaply made. They look like a more simple design and just don't seem totally OG. I feel like they're going to start splitting apart already after a couple months. Not worth the money any more imo :(

kinda bummin

NOT classic. The canvas fabric that everyone has always loved converse for is no longer!
Now it's thick and squishy. Yuck. My daughter happens to think it's worth having the shoe so she will keep these, plus she hasnt worn converse since she was little so she doesn't realize the tragedy. But my son and I care and do notice. I won't be buying anymore. Sad because I haven't bought new converse for about 13 years. I thought I finally need to buy a bunch because some of my old ones are so worn out. Bit I'm absolutely not wearing these disgusting new squishy ones that are being made.  
Please bring back the real ones, the real classics.

Not classic. Gross and squishy.

I always have a pair of lift platform shoes and when came the time to replace them I made my order as usual. To my surprise the new pair came with this horrible cheap synthetic padded lining. It is horrendously uncomfortable, does not breathe and worst of all, makes my feet look like they got stung by bees. The fit is different, heck even the sizing feels different because of how much thickness it adds to the inside of the shoe. I've always worn a 6.5, but this 6.5 feels like a half size down. Do not buy
