I usually wear size 10 wide. I absolutely love these shoes. They are the second pair I own. I bought a white canvas pair first and had to get these leather ones for work. I'm a Cosmetologist so I'm on my feet all day. They feel like you're walking on clouds. I recommend these shoes especially to people with wide feet.

My favorite shoes of all time!

converse.com

As a mom of a teenager who has the same pair (just bigger) I have received so many compliments when wearing them. They're so versatile, comfortable, and stylish! They do run big so I definitely recommend sizing down. If not, you can get by with thick socks.

Stylish…even for a Mom!

They are kind of stiff at first because of the leather but once you break them in they feel great. You have to wear long socks or pants because the leather is not flexible and will rub and cause blisters. Not a problem for me though, they look great.

kinda stiff but so cute

I have had my eye on these for awhile and am super happy with the quality, style and (mostly) fit. I initially went down a half size in a 6.5 as the site recommends, but found them too narrow in the toe box even though the length was fine.

I then exchanged for my usual size 7 and they're much more comfortable — maybe a smidge loose with thinner socks, but perfect in thick wool socks. I can lace them tighter to compensate, and could even add a more cushiony insole if needed. They're easy to keep clean and the footbed is very comfy. The padded high top ankle area feels a little stiff at first, but quickly softens up. I've worn them in rain and snow so far and they've kept my feet warm and dry.

You may not need to size down

I love these shoes, i wear them all the time. I won't lie I would recommend wear ankle high socks if you get the high top converses because like any other shoe that back end or even tongue area is going to eventually rub against your skin causing pain. That's really not the shoes fault though, it's your intelligence to understand that any shoe that is built this way is going to do that.

I love these shoes! WEAR ANKLE SOCK THO!

I LOVE THESE SHOES! So cute and goes with everything. However, they are not great if you spend long amounts on time on your feet. I work at a boutique and after 4 hours they start to become uncomfortable. These shoes are perfect if you're not planning on doing a lot of walking/standing.

LOVE, but could be more comfy

I love the white leather, it's easy to clean unlike the white canvas. I had to go half a size up so might run small for some. Personally, I don't like the thin laces, plus they're kinda short if you lace them all the way up. Also there's no loop on the tongue to thread your laces through so it shifts

Fashionable, functional, w/ design flaws

Says true to size so I ordered same size as ALL my chucks and my foot is squeezed tight in them. Definitely half size up atleast

Run Small

I have had a custom pair of white leather All Stars for a few years and wanted to replace them with these in black. The upper material says "leather" but it was nothing like my last pair. It smelled, looked and felt like rubber. Maybe rubber over leather base or that composite stuff. Either way, I don't think it would break in very well, so I will do a custom pair again instead. Size-wise, I bought my regular size 7.5 (women's 8) and the fit was fine.

does not feel like leather

My last pair of these shoes lasted me three years before I had to replace them. I have had this pair for three months and the sole is already peeling off the side of the shoe and my laces snapped while I was tying them. Very disappointed in the quality.

Comfortable but poor quality

converse women's chuck taylor all star lift clean sneaker, white/black/white, 8 side-profile front-facing view of a white high-top with premium leather upper, black Chuck Taylor ankle patch star logo, metal eyelets and lace-up closure, elevated platform outsole with black midsole stripe and visible diamond tread edge.
