Products was as described. Box slightly damaged. Negligeable dent under chair.
Screws were tough going in. Could have used a spare. All in all five stars.
I suggest buying rollerblade casters to replace plastic wheels. It pimps up the product at a low cost.

Loved the color of this chair and functions as described.  I subtracted one star because the chair was a little difficult to put together due to the holes not lining up (but got it done), and because the wheels do not roll on my plastic floor protector.  Other than that, would recommend and buy again.

I think I'm going to be disappointed for the price. Not the lumbar support I was looking for and was a pain to line up the arm holes and put together
