Products was as described. Box slightly damaged. Negligeable dent under chair.
Screws were tough going in. Could have used a spare. All in all five stars.
I suggest buying rollerblade casters to replace plastic wheels. It pimps up the product at a low cost.

I subtracted one star because the chair was a little difficult to put together due to the holes not lining up (but got it done), and because the wheels do not roll on my plastic floor protector.  Other than that, would recommend and buy again.
