I have to smile whenever I see it in my kitchen (which is "50 Shades of Green"!) Nice retro vibe and shiny chrome touches. LOVE IT! Works well and does NOT beep an annoyingly LOUD beep 5 times in a row like my last microwave did! Great size for limited counter space.

I love the retro-yet-modern look of this mini microwave.  The copper accent is a perfect match for our unique bar decor.  Works well for quick heat-ups, although the dial and button functions are a little confusing until you've passed that learning curve .  Happy with the design, function and my overall purchase.

I took the time to read the handbook. Normally I might skim it or not read at all, but some reviewers said was difficult to operate. It's not too difficult. I really like the look of it and the color. Have always had white, black or red. Again, appearance is great! I have no problem since it arrived. Excellent packaging! Outstanding purchase. Highly recommend!

The microwave in my kitchen was beyond hope.  Yes,  every time  I turn it on all you smell is something burning.  I had mistakenly put too much time on there.  I should have known better by now but i walked away for just 
a minute.  Never put extra time on and walk away when you 
have become a very 
forgetful person.   My food was burned SO Bad.  Every time its turned on now...the house is filled with that burn smell.

So, the new one does not remind me of the silly mistake I made.  
Easy to work.  Also pretty.  Not a terrible price either.

I like it. A nice retro. After warming you'd have to press the end button before you can open the door. I guess that's why it's a retro. But all in all I'm comfortable with it.

Simple.

The unit is very light, when you open the door it will slide across the counter. Also, the door locks even when the time is up you have to hit a button to unlock and that's super annoying.

I like the size but it's very noisy and has an annoying rattle so I have to push stuff up against it to quiet it up lol. It heats average, but I'm sure that's because of the size. It's fine for the size but this noise and the rattle was almost too much and it didn't start doing that until after about 30 daysI considered returning it, but I believe it was after the refund time.

Noisy weird loud vibration

It's beautiful and the functions are simple. But using it, the exterior shell gets really really hot, way too hot. My 80 yr old mom said,"It was too hot to touch. I'm scared that it will get too hot when it is on longer when using it."  So I will be returning it. Just note that it was only used to heat up soup,water and food. Max time was 6 min.

I wanted to really like this microwave because of its appearance but the functionality is awful. Its difficult to figure out what the buttons are for and I don't care for the dial/knob. So, it's going back to the store. I just ordered a white Mainstays microwave that was cheaper and should be easier to operate.

Attractive but not very practical

Lots of Loud Growling Noise when in use, and the child lock is stupid.  It was super easy for my kids to unlock, but more difficult for the adults in the household to open.  The operating movements are not quick and easy like you would expect.  The operative design is clumsy and you have to spend time trying to figure out how to operate the functions.  It heated really well, and looks very sexy with that Rose Chrome, but overall, I would never recommend it just for those 2 positive features.  It's just not a well designed microwave for adults to use.  The kids liked it, and the child lock did not deter them at all.
