the pice that goes in the window doesn't really click in like i thought it would i ended up having to duck tape it to seal the seems. but over all works great keeps.

I'm colling two conjoined rooms, that combined would need 14000 btus. the two units work very well to keep both rooms much cooler than the fans use to.

Good product strong and consistent air flow.

Air conditioner

The exhaust system is very cheaply made. The the hose and  the line for the the window kit is  just too cheaply, made.  The drain's hose is way too short.

Having to turn it off every 3 hours for 15 minutes is a pain.  Only cools if you are right beside it.  Not being able to leave it unattended means it can't run all night when I am asleep.

Where do I start. First of all how can a unit be called "portable" when you have to vent it out a window? If I had realized the extent of this requirement I would have just purchased a window unit. Especially because the hose to vent this unit is a hideous eyesore in the room. It is about 5 inches in diameter, and it is impossible to put the unit against the wall because of this hose. So I have this "portable" unit that sticks out and takes up the space of a piece of furniture in the room. I can't attest to how well the unit works because I've spent 2 days trying to set it up and still can't get it done. The parts don't fit together, there is a 1" gap on one end of the window piece,  (which will be a great access for flies) and the instructions don't show how or where to attach the dreaded hose to the unit. If it wasn't so heavy for me to wrangle, I would return it.

Serious Buyers Remorse.

FedEx left on front porch of my building and not inside at my door. Safe to say I don't know how it runs because someone took it off the front porch

Does not work . Bought it and it does not give cool air at all . Called the customer service which is not a toll free number and they kept putting call on voice message after choosing the ivr options . Ended up returning the product . And then ordered from Costco . Spend little more where you can get warranty and satisfaction don’t waste your money on this.
