Great quality

Good material, not a one size fits all, not recommended for bigger bellies

Pretty comfortable, even at an extra 20 lbs.   I use it while I'm walking to burn extra calories and build muscle.  I don't think I could wear this vest with sleeveless workout gear, because it would probably irritate the top of my shoulders.

If you're on the fence about this purchase, buy it

Comfortable fit, but the straps don't tighten up enough to use for any extensive movements. Use it while jogging. Would love to use it for exercises with more movement, but it moves too much.
