[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was packed safe and secure. it takes no time to heat my towels, robe and nightgown up.  How did I ever live without this before!!!??!?  its what everyone in my family is getting for Christmas.  well worth it!!

This was purchased for a gift.  I heard someone was hoping Santa would bring one.  I knew that family had nice big fluffy towels so I'd need to investigate and find a large one that could hold at least two big towels.  I found this one on sale before Christmas.  When it arrived, it looked even bigger than I imagined.  It would hold three towels.  The lucky recipient was happy.  I've heard not a word about anything bad so I'm glad it is being enjoyed.  I did purchase an insurance policy on it just in case because I do not know how they hold up.

Where has this been all my life? Don't think it's frivolous—you need this! Put clean socks in it %26 toast your toes! Put your robe in it! Your PJs! Especially if you live in a cold climate—treat yourself! Like, yesterday!

Works great. Fast. The legs are cute but can make the towel warmer wobble depending in how strongly to press down on the controls. I'd get one with a flat bottom next time. Definitely use a scent disc as without one, it gives off a slight metallic odor.
