Made with a structure that can support weight.

Good construction, easy to assemble with screws and no fiddly bits. It does have fixed shelves and is only 9.5 inches deep, so it doesn't fit many of the larger books out there but works admirably for the majority.   The backing is not folded cardboard but pressboard that is excellent.  It slides into a groove between each shelf. The sides are one long piece.  I would purchase these again should I need more.

If you are looking for a solid piece of furniture to display in your house this is not the book case for you.  If you want a reasonably priced place to store books then you should think about this bookcase.  We didn't anchor it to the wall but we did secure it with a bureau right beside it.  It was bought to get piles of books off the floor and it works just fine.

Great bookcase for the price

These are actually great quality bookcases. I've been on the hunt for bookcases that weren't expensive but hold up nicely. And I finally found them. They were easy to put together, I did 2 by myself. They're sturdy and look great. Just bought a 3rd one.

its kind of a crap design.  i mean its press board so you dont expect much, but if you put a nail in crooked it always goes in crooked.  i have a few nail i tried to put in straight but to no avail, now its a total mess

As a professional contactor and handyman this looks like garbage

I bought it for my house but will not allow my kids to put books in till I reinforce the shelves 

It is 100% my fault that I didn't read the description before buying it but I was fooled by the price that it's similar to the other ones I saw


To summarize
No adjustable shelves
Seems not strong enough to be completely filled up with books

On the other hand, it's extremely lightweight and was super easy (for me) to assemble

I assembled it myself with a screw driver because I was lazy to get my drill and it didn't take me too long

Not what I expected

I really don't care for this shelf. It is too small and the shelf can't really hold much. 

That might be my fault for not looking at the description, but you really can't hold much on it. It's wobbly and made out of cheap material. The shelves cracked when I put it together and  putting it together was a pain. 

This thing is worth 40 bucks at the most and the fact they want 90 bucks is a joke to me. 

I wish I could take it back, do not recommend.

Too small and cheaply made

Cheesy shelving unit. I put one thing on the second to the bottom shelf and it broke as I added the second, the particle board just disintegrated. To return it for refund I would have had to take it all apart again, I'm disabled I can't pay someone to do that to return it. It's just not reasonable. Don't buy one. I'm stuck with the other one I don't know what I'm going to do with it.

Horrible

Parts are missing and the manufacturer won't help me. I contacted him 3 times now sent them all the information they asked 20 they keep screwing around with it.

Poorly made, nothing aligned, several pieces were chipped, most definitely not white (it looks more off white than white), not sturdy. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. I will be saving up and buying a different bookcase.

Not worth the money

I can't review the shelf itself because the packaging and delivery are the reason for this review. Suggestions:  Use unbendable barriers the length of the entire package.  I purchased 2 narrow bookshelves through Walmart that came with hard barriers to protect the item and prevent the box from bending in transit. I needed more space to hold my body care products so I purchased this bookshelf. Now I have alot of product with nowhere to put it. I've started the return/refund process. Disappointed to say the least.
