I bought this for my 2 year old. It was to small for him. I will be returning it. This might work for a baby but not any one over one

It's to small for my two year old 
It isn't turning on and it isn't charging.  The instructions are very vague as well.

Way smaller than advertised. It's almost to small for my 2 year old. Cheaply made and the manufacturer put some of it together but did a crappy job. The directions aren't the greatest either. After it was assembled we plugged it in and can't tell if it's charging or not. Would NOT recommend! Waste of money! We are very upset and disappointed!
