I was skeptical of getting this Christmas tree online. I tried checking in the store to see in person first but it was not available. I gambled and ordered it. This Christmas tree is very beautiful and it's exactly what I wanted.

Buying items online can be a crucial decision, especially when relying solely on images that may not accurately represent the product. In my case, I placed trust in the limited reviews (only four) from individuals who had purchased the same item. While I anticipated that the product might not be perfect, the absence of any glaringly negative reviews was reassuring.

Upon receiving the item, a beautiful tree, I have some constructive feedback for the manufacturer. Firstly, I suggest using a larger box for packaging. The current packaging, while possibly designed to minimize shipping costs or save space, resulted in the tree's components being too tightly packed. Consequently, during the unboxing process, some of the fluffy snow fell off as I had to open the branches, even with the utmost care.

Secondly, approximately 80%-90% of the branches and branch tips were adorned with the fluffy snow, but there were still a few branches that remained almost entirely intact. While this is not a major concern at the moment, I recommend the company consider providing a spray or solution for users to apply when disassembling the tree for storage in subsequent years. This would allow users to address any missing snow and maintain the tree's aesthetic appeal (It's worth noting that the material used beneath the snow for leaves and branches may not be super realistic.)

In summary, despite the minor packaging and snow distribution issues, the tree is undeniably beautiful and realistic. However, there is a potential risk of losing the fluffy snow over time or due to mishandling, which could significantly impact its visual appeal. Nevertheless, the overall online purchase experience was relatively low-risk, considering the positive aspects of the product.

Bought this beautiful tree Oct 23-3025! It's now December 17-2025 and the lights do not work on the bottom section. We have tried everything.  Very unfortunate. My last tree lasted 6 years!

Don't buy any offer or clearance from Walmart. we bought last year after Christmas .
end of last January we open it today light not working and Walmart refused to return it.

Do not buy this. It is not 6ft tall. I am 5'8 and I was taller than the tree even when it was in the stand…. Horrible looking so bare and sparse with patches with no branches. Returned and bought a different won.
