Wall mount fireplace

Very bad service compared to Amazon. I bought a Costway electric fireplace through Walmart Marketplace, but the fireplace was faulty. I took it to the store, they said we are not responsible for anything, u have to contact the seller. I talked to them first they said we will send you $30 and you buy the faulty part and fix it on your own, I asked for either return or replacement, then, they offered me $150 to take it to the technician, again I insisted on return label and after 3 weeks of strugle I got refund but with sending the faulty fireplace.

It worked for a couple of minutes before installing, but after installation it didn't work.  Called the company 3 days ago and still waiting for a solution.
