Product is pretty much as described. To be Frank, am always surprised at the volume of water this dehumidifier makes..feel unreal everytime (call me silly 🤣)

Dehumidifier

Great

I just bought it, so far it works very well in my basement, the water tank is very large, I highly recommend it.

Very good machine so far. In Auto mode, it turns on and off when the humidity is not at the desired level... so we only hear it when it starts and it is still silent (a certain purring)

Costway 90 Dehumidifier Purchase

The product description was on point. Still early days, but highly recommended.

Portable AC

Works fine, the lid on the water container is kind of awkward to remove and put back on every time to empty it.

Water container lid

Good product

There is no indication which dehumidifier I received. There are various options; pints per day for various prices, the equipment all look alike on the site. I selected the 90 pint per day for my basement. The manual states it works best at a 70 pint per day, only suitable for CARAVAN use?? The web states very quiet; the manual states, 'This machine makes big noise, put mats or rubber plates under to reduce vibration and noise and dents it makes in wooden floors or carpet' !! There are 3 ways to drain, two hoses are included; the manual states 'owner to purchase garden hose 1 1/16" standard thread for continuous drain'. The hose provided is too small and not threaded. I purchased a 2 year warranty for $30.00 extra because the web site stated 'no warranty'. Included is a '1 year Care Warranty limited protection plan free of charge'. Do I now have 3 years of warranty? Or twice the warranty in the first year. How can I tell if this is a 90 pint per day system strong enough for a 4500 sq. ft. basement? Fall is here, we no longer have 90F temperatures. The pints per day would be less, I was hoping to cleanse the musty smell; 1/3 of the thread bare multi-functional filter is for odor, do you really think that a 3 "x 9" filter will cleanse a 4500 sq. ft. basement? The gig is up, what did you send me?

The gig is up, what is going on?

Stoped working last week I bought it march barely 6 months old I'll try to see what the warranty is to get a replacement I hope

Costway 90 Pint Dehumidifier for Basement with Continuous & Auto Mode Large Water Tank front-facing white ABS dehumidifier with LED touch panel, recessed 2.2-gallon tank, 4 caster wheels and 2 drain hoses (2 ft, 6.5 ft) for humidity control up to 6000 sq.ft; also suitable for protecting stored boxes or workshop tools from moisture.
