[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish it sat up higher so it wasn't so strenuous on my knees to get up and down.

Great value.

I'll start with the positives: once the chair is put together it is really nice. The wheels are a nice addition and it's really comfortable. Also the chair shipped promptly and was a good price.
The negatives: Putting it together is an absolute nightmare. This is not due to my own ignorance but the quality control when making these chairs. If you have a rubber mallet it will come in handy when putting the chair together. A few screw holes had melted metal in them so you couldn't even put the screw in. Luckily we were able to dig it out so we didn't have to send the chairs back. The biggest issue however was that the holes for the screws on one of the segments were on the wrong side. At this point we did not want to deal with the company so we bought our own drill bits and drilled the holes ourselves and were able to make it work.
Overall: if you are willing to put in the time and are handy with some tools these are a good deal for their price. That said I can't guarantee that you will even be able to put it together without having to send it back.

Not sure how this got high reviews...

While the chairs are comfortable, building the chairs was not easy-and usually I am the type of person who enjoys the do-it-yourself asspect. The screws in the wheels ended up being striped halfway on so the wheels are not tight against the base and can be slightly tilted. Would not recommend for a put it together yourself chair.
