So comfortable. I have issues with my back when I sleep on mattresses so I decided to give the zero gravity a try. I added a 2 inch memory foam pad and its so comfortable I sleep on it every night. no more back pain to start the day. I love it and hope the durability and strength can match the comfort.

These chairs we chose, because we are slightly larger than average people. It is so great to have space around one and not feel uncomfortable. These chairs are amazing . They are strong, well made, the position it can change into is so relaxing. We considered putting it in our TV room because they are so comfortable, but we needed it for outside.

The chair is great! Just as described. The red is vibrant, it’s well stitched %26 sturdy. The cup holder fits well %26 is stable.

Fits up to 500lbs if setting can't recline if over 200lbs. The locking switch is iffy if it does hold.  Very comfortable to sit in. Doesn't recline as far as some chairs do.  Nice wide feet for great stability.  A bit overpriced for the value that you get.

Some issues but a okay chair

I never received my chair by the time it was to be delivered.  It was delayed once which was no problem but I still hadn’t received it by the delayed time so I checked into it and was told that it hadn’t even been sent out due to employee error so I waited longer.  When I finally received it it was all scuffed up, I’m presuming it was a used item they sent me instead of the brand new one I paid for. The box was pretty damage so that also lead me to believe it was probably returned at some point.  Lastly, it came with no instructions, which would be fine since it came assembled but there was an 8 in split tube and the tray to attach to the chair and I had no way of knowing what the tube was for and how to attach the tray.  Overall, a bad experience and I won’t purchase again or recommend it to anyone.

I purchased two of these chairs in June 2021.  After only six months of usage, the powder coating was gone and the chairs were completely rusted out.   We are unable to use them so they are going to the dump.   We liked using these chairs before they rusted out.   We live in a coastal area, and have other powder coated furniture with much better longevity.

Very disappointed in this purchase . I’m pregnant and needed a new chair and within one week of having it , it’s covered in rust !!!! For the money it should not if rusted in one week .

Not happy with this product

The box was opened. Couple loose nuts fell out of the box. The screw connecting cross bar to the frame is loose, and it is impossible to tighten it, because of absence of the thread.
It is supposed to have 500 Lb capacity, but it has same cord rubbing against thin wire, as on my current 250 Lb capacity chair - it is not going to last.
This product is heavy, but defenitly not heave duty, as advertised.

chair was supposed to be oversized ands is just regular size. also the tray fits loose and hangs at an angle off the chair. Not worth the money.

I was so thrilled to find a zero gravity chair heavy duty enough for my weight.  Unfortunately, the chair doesn't work at all.  Supposedly, to make the chair recline, you lift the arms and push back.  I'm strong and I absolutely cannot lift the arms.  It also doesn't indicate which position the rings under the arms should be in -- "down" is the unlock position, according to Costway.  I'm currently negotiating with them about sending the chair back as defective, but it's not going well.  Save yourself the aggravation -- don't buy a Costway brand chair.  (You can't bring items worth more than $150 back to Walmart for a refund if you bought them from an external vendor.  Beware.)
