My cats love it although the little mice didn't survive the first month!!  It wasn't too difficult to put together although the directions could be a little clearer.  I did have to do a little minor repair when the material on one of the scratching posts started to come loose but a touch of crafting glue and it's fine!  I wouldn't recommend this if your cat is a large kitty, the 3 lounging plates on top are really for small/medium cats.  Other than that I and my cats (3) are very satisfied with this condo and would recommend it.  The price was great too!!

This is great from the moment it was out of the box. It was hard to keep him off if while I put it together. Directions were a little hard to understand, nothing written just pictures.

Great Buy

I am a senior widowed woman on disability that was able to put together myself although the 20 mins it was supposed to take took me 90. The beige furry material was beautiful, unfortunately the “shelves” are too small for my adult 5.5 lb cat to comfortably sit as well the enclosed areas were much too small, she wanted nothing to do with it. I tried placing her favorite treats, nothing! It would be perfect for kittens learning to be curious. After disassembling it and repacking, it took 4 Tetris attempts to finally get it repacked, and FedEx picked up days ago, I am now awaiting my refund

Great oak cat tree was more like a bonsai :(

I got this cat tree specifically to make it over so really I was just looking for something I could modify. The height is nice and the fabric is plush which is much nicer then the carpet ones in my opinion. The towers started to fall apart after about a month and one of them has completely broken. So if you're looking for something you won't have to fix this isn't the tree for you but it served it's purpose for me.

It was easy to put together, quality is good but the cat perches are for kittens maybe small cats.  Full size cats will not be able to enjoy hang out.

Pictures are little deceiving

The perches started snapping after about a month. One of them snapped while my cat was on it. Scared the heck out of both of us. After the first one snapped the others soon followed. Fabric and scratching rope began falling off around the same time. I would not recommend this unless you're ok with replacing your kitty condo every couple of months. Super disappointed because my cat loves this thing.

first I want to start by saying set the instructions for this cat tree really did suck. it was in no way helpful and putting together this cat tree. the previous reviews that I have read mentioned that this cat tree is very sturdy and very well-made I on the other hand have experienced different well putting together one of poles for The Landings broke as I was screwing it on I just took it as maybe I did something wrong but now it's only been a few months that I've had the cat tree and only one Landing still stands. I wish I would have returned it when I had an issue in the beginning I'm only giving this item to stars because my cats enjoy the tree if they didn't there would be no stars provided for this item

looks can be deceiving

ummm WORMS!! for real i have an inside cat 1 cat fully vaccinated up to date i take care of my home and my only baby my cat NEVER HAD ANY issue until i bought THIS PRODUCT. i started seeing little things on the tower just cleaned them up, then on her i had to look it up because ive never seen or delt with this before WORMs vet fact Ive payed to get 2 prescriptions   office visits the worms are on the cat tower i didnt put it together at 1st but she has been reinfected 2x there are NO other causes in my home this product was infected from before it was even shipped to me ive had issues with it since the day it arrived it was sloppy and damaged i got some money back but this is crazy bad! they are on this tower this is where they came from there is nothing can can undo this damage ive spent so much money to try and fix this,Vet after vet my cat has anxiety disorder as well so fun trying to get her back and forth. I still have more vet apts to go to and what cleaners in the house this is a nightmare. WORMS FROM YOUR PRODUCT AND YOUR FACILITY. i have pictures but it wont let me post

WORMS WORMS REALLY WORMS!

This thing is not worth it's money. I bought on one Chewy years ago and now need to replace. This one won't do. Couldn't even figure out the instructions. For one thing the three platforms at the top are very small. I don't have small cats and they wouldn't fit on the top. As for the “condos” thing things aren't even solid structures, they just frame them with the particle board and have a blanket that wraps around.  Super cheap.

Don't buy, I will be returning mine.

This procedure is not made very well.  The poles that holds up the cat beds are all most falling off. I ordered it in February and by March it is falling apart.
