Perfect size for carrying to the water.  The lid secures very well but is somewhat difficult to open with wet hands.  It would be easier opening if there was a grab handle to twist.

The only downside is that the opening is on the smaller side. You can get things in and out, but have to turn cans and bottles legnthwise to fit through the opening.

It's the perfect size for a full day out on the water. We tow it behind the kayak and reel it in when we need a snack or drink. It floats well, looks cool, and keeps my ice frozen all day long. I have also used it for days we spend out on the banks of the river. I anchor it to the shore and let it bob in the water!

My new water caddy

I bought this to use when kayak fishing for my catch, not for drinks. It would have gotten 5 stars if it were cheaper and the inside bigger. There must be 2 inches of insulation. I do like the molded handles with finger grip indents. The color is cheery (I got the red). Not sure how anyone would find the cup holders useful but I may hack and repurpose. I may even take this ice fishing since it has two raised skids underneath for tracking. Otherwise, best price at Walmart. Great Buy.

Just what I needed

The lid does not lock well. can pull it up in locked position. First float on Class 1 river and it flipped over spilling the contents of my cooler. I expect a better product for the price.
