I bought this as a second machine. I also own a maker 3. I love my maker 3 but wanted a little machine to get out for just little crafts as i do not have a designated crafting room. Plus I really wanted one! I love this little crafting helper! I use it often for cards, decals etc. And have also used it and my maker 3 for the same project, cutting the smaller things with my joy 2 and the bigger things with my maker 3. If you are on the fence about getting a joy 2 i would highly recommend.

This is a GREAT little machine! My first project was a vinyl wall quote that was 50” x 73”! I used 10’ rolls of permanent smart vinyl. The machine cut it all out faster than I expected! I’m SO HAPPY with this little machine! I can’t wait to try stickers for my kids!

Loving the ease and power of this little mighty cutting machine. So light and easy to move. She cuts well, scores well, PTC is awesome and the pens work great!

Powerful machine with print then cut and scoring!! The scoring tool works extremely well for crisp folds and the print then cut feature doesn’t waste paper!

Joy2 for the win!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been testing the Cricut Joy 2 Essential Bundle, and it’s a big step up from the original Joy. The scoring tool and Print Then Cut were the standout features for me. They really open up more project possibilities. It’s simple, compact, and easy to start using right away.

Joy 2 - Perfect Machine with Amazing Upgrades

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I was gifted the new Joy 2 + Essentials Bundle from Cricut to try out and give my honest opinion. Let's start with, I don't have a Joy so I am completely new to this little machine. It is pretty incredible! When I pulled it out of the box, I was amazed at how small it was and fell in love with the beautiful 2 tone blue colours. I couldn't believe how many tools and materials came in this box. It was super helpful to get me started crafting right away and having so many material options to play with. The absolute game changer to this Joy 2 is that it does PTC and it scores!! WOOO!! Finally, a Joy that can score. The new scoring tool is also compatible with the OG Joy and the Joy Xtra. Amazing right? This new machine was so easy to setup. I basically took it out of the box and it instantly connected to Bluetooth. I was so amazed at how quickly it connected. I was  little worried that the Joy 2 didn't have a lid but, this means I'm able to store it i small spaces without having to worry about the lid. With having the Print Then Cut function and the scoring tool, crafting ideas are endless with the Joy 2. It is very precise and the Print Then Cut works amazing!! Also very easy to calibrate too. I give this awesome and adorable little machine a 12/10! I highly recommend this machine to anyone and everyone!! PLUS, there are so many fantastic bundles to choose from, to get you crafting straight out of the box!! I have included some projects I made with the Joy 2, using the materials included in the bundle. Don't pass up on this machine! She's a keeper!

What a TINY but MIGHTY machine!!!

The Joy 2 is so much fun to use. I've been playing around with it since I received it and I'm amazed how much it can do for such a small machine. Cutting, drawing, scoring and now, even print then cut, are all accomplished with ease. It's so small and light that I could easily take it on trips in my luggage! The Joy 2 uses the same Design Space software as the larger machines so it's compatible with all of my projects, as long as I size them down to fit. The cuts are clean and precise and it's much faster than I expected. This mighty little machine is creativity made portable!

What an amazing little machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the chance to test the new JOY2, and I am absolutely in love! It fits perfectly on my craft table between my Maker and Maker 3, making it an ideal space-saver. As an avid cardmaker, I am obsessed with the scoring feature and the 'print then cut' capability—it is so smart and easy to use! Sending 8.5 x 11 sheets to the printer and having the page perfectly divided for the Joy 2 mat is a game-changer. The color is stunning, it operates quietly, and it does absolutely everything I need it to. I created sticker, greeting cards and a cosmetic bag.  Good Job Cricut!!

Joy2

The Cricut Joy2 is a great small machine for the price.  It cuts variety of materials, takes up little space, and is easy to set up and use. I use it for all my small projects.

Great small cutting machine

I really like my Cricut Joy 2! It’s so cute in coral and great for portability and quick, small projects. However, I will say that if I purchased this machine asa first machine before I purchased my Explore 4, then I would have been turned off if Cricut products because this machine is a bit slow; I would have rather had an option to hook it up to a computer. Also, I would have preferred that there would be power and load /unload buttons. These are easy to overlook because it isn’t my main machine.

Great for an additional machine.

I was told it was compatible with my Acer Chromebook 315. So I bought it. This is my second one. I wouldn't have bought it if they would have been truthful.
