The first thing I noticed upon opening the box was how clear and detailed directions were do use this haircolor. I had no trouble understanding exactly what to do to make sure I got the best result possible while using this hair color. I found the mixing process to be very simple and application was a breeze. I was happy that the smell of this product was not overwhelming and the results are phenomenal. Bleaches well! I just wish it came out like the boxes pictures. Mines came out both times I used this more yellow brassy and I had to correct with toner.

Works great but the color is misleading

I bought this color wanting to do a light blonde ombre, I left it on for about an hour and 40 minutes. It came out a reddish copper color, not bad but I wanted a bright blonde.

Not color on box

I used this on my daughter but it only lifted at her scalp and a little at the very bottom it was very weird bc I only did a section of hair so she had alot of the hair color just on the small section of hair

Left on for 40mins and got more orange color than blond. I was coloring my roots only. Followed instructions and did not get the color it said I would. 
I would advise to be extra careful. But definitely won't be using this product again.
