I have no complaints. I've used it with no complaint and so have my guests so, no news is good news. lol

Seriously though,  it was easy to assemble and it's holding up fine.

the box arrived well packaged and without external damage. the contents were neatly packaged. the instructions were very clear and easy to understand. i was able to set up the bed by myself and it took a little over an hour and half but would've been shorter had i had help. the bed is attractive and I'm looking forward to having it in my home.

Love the daybed! Very sturdy. Great instructions and even extra hardware. Definitely helps to have 2 people to assemble it though - a third person would come in handy for a couple steps. Plenty of room for me and two dogs (who seem to think it belongs to them, lol).

Only negative was the box arrived wet - on the INSIDE. Rained on day of delivery. The box was apparently set in a puddle of water at some point or exposed to rain for a significant period of time. Over a cup of water drained out of the box after we opened it. One of the upholstered end panels was totally saturated on one corner, which was a concern with the MDF construction. Put a fan on it for about 24 hours to dry it out. The fabric is water stained but isn't that noticeable. More concerned with potential issues with the MDF after being soaked - time will tell.

Would definitely buy again but would pick up at store to avoid the water damage issue.

Love it! But...

Absolutely beautiful

I put this together for our spare room/home office a few days ago, and was very pleasantly surprised with the sturdiness of the bedframe! As I read the instructions and took inventory of the pieces, I realized that it was a really well built piece of furniture and not as chintzy as some of the stuff I have ordered in the past.  Assembly took a bit longer than I expected, but  it didn't bother me too much because all of the screws and supports that went into it gave me extra peace of mind.  One last thing I noticed on the instructions was that the weight limit for the Full Size was listed as 800 lbs.- which is double the 400 lb. weight limit on the sales listing.  Very happy with what I bought

Very impressive sturdy piece. The sides are on the thin side, but preferred as it's space-saving which is important for smaller rooms. The overall design seems to create more usuable space for the bed itself as there are options to sit on it like a couch and still sleep on it as a bed.

Space saver and multifunctional

Exactly what we expected and wanted!!  Bed went together very easily.  We purchased a Sealy Posturepedic Diego mattress to go with and it fits perfectly and leaves approximately a 7” lip around the top of the bed.  Very sturdy and attractive.  Can't beat it for the price!

Attractive, sturdy, and the right price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fairly easy to assemble, very straightforward directions that don't require an engineering degree.  I had the bed for about a month when one of the support slats cracked when my dog jumped onto the bed, and another is making odd sounds like it's about to go.  I was able to go online in order to replacements, however, which is a nice feature to have.  The bed looks good and sleeps well.

Simple and Comfy

Item delivered 2days late but I was informed every step of the way. Angi assembly service seamless and efficient. Bed sturdy. Purchased 10 inch mattress. 
Rated 4 because be ready for slightly odd feeling size….prob because of three sides??? Part of me wishes I'd gotten a twin or two?

Good product with inexpensive price.

GREAT UNTIL I REALIZED IM MISSING PARTS!! I began assembling the bed and the instructions were fairly simple and without any help manage to get to the very last step. As I began to lay the wooden slats and I realized halfway through that I was all out of slats. As you can see in my pictures the bed won't work without the missing slats.. make sure when you open your box that you have two packs of slats and not just one like I had.

EASY ASSEMBLY BUT MISSING PARTS

First day my daughter slept in it one board cracked and fell out and a second one just cracked. Not impresssed at all.
