If you're stressed for a time.. not a bad option. But I feel like they're missing the mark in someway. I'd rather low sugar. For myself, these are a bit sweet. I like the little jar, it's actually quite cute. Chocolate and apple are my preferred flavour. I don't care for the others. Yes, the sizes could be bigger. It would be nice if they included the probiotic for this price point.

Good for someone that has no time to eat..

I bought the sample box with the jar on a whim because it was on sale. it was so delicious and now I have it every morning for breakfast. honestly, so glad I found this product. I wish I knew how to make it at home on my own!!

so delicious and easy

Great breakfast meal. I combine this with a little more old-fashion rolled oats (approx 2 tablespoons) and chia seeds (1.5 tablespoon) with some milk and a touch of maple syrup and let it sit for at least one overnight (I make six at once for breakfast meal prep). For breakfast it is just adding a bit of milk and putting it in a bowl, combined with yogurt and fresh fruit (I use blueberries and strawberries). That may sounds like a lot of work to just add stuff in but I like a good healthy and hearty (hardy?) breakfast. The price is easily worth the purchase, though I do not recommend ordering it online through the actual company (you can, but you may regret it) as they are impossible to deal with if/when your standing subscription order starts to go awry and they do not reply to any form of communication (I have messaged, emailed, online chat, etc.... to no avail). Good meal though and well worth it.

A good option for easy meal prepping. Empty contents of pouch into jar, add milk and shake (set in fridge overnight). Oats are whole grains and do not soften like instant oats. Each pouch is 1/3 of a cup. The picture on the box is misleading, and does not display the finished product.
