Me I read the labels. So it's recommended refrig for lasting flavor. Um, it's like a brick when attempting to rescue some from the jar. So it is now sitting on the counter and ease of use is perfect. We are also going thru it faster since no longer needing dynamite to retrieve some. Love the flavor!
