Assembly Required, but Nice Product

A 67 year old woman put this together in two hours - me - and it turned out beautiful.  It was shipped fast and packed very well with not so much as a scratch on a single piece.  It holds tons of clothes and the drawers slide in and out as smooth as can be.  One tiny part was missing so I called the 800 number and they sent me the replacement pronto - Excellent customer service - I'll be back for more - This classic look is great for storage in any room.  If only everything I bought turned out this great!

Out of the 9 pictures of this “changing table,” 6 of them include the changing tray on top. HOWEVER, it does NOT come with this! It is sold separately, which is only disclosed in a bullet point in the end of product description, which you have to “read more” to view at all.

The table arrived very quickly, but it had several parts that were cracked. We assembled the main piece by the time we realized that the other parts were damaged and decided to repair them instead of returning. Because it would be more work to return the item.  Another disappointment  was when we finally put it together and tried to put the standard changing pad  32" and it did not fit in the tray. It will fit only up to 31" changing pad.  Now have to order another changing tray.
