This Electric Sharpener is excellent it sharpens pencils to a nice point. Colored pencils which usually have rather soft inner cores sharpen very nicely with very little breakage. I've had other sharpeners which just chew pencils up and rarely leave a point that is useable.

So happy to have a good pencil sharpener. I opened the box, plugged it in and sharpened all my colored pencils to a nice sharp tip. Love the color too even though it says pink, I'd say it's more of a peach color like in the pictures it shows. Very cute design too.

I had an old electric pencil opener for many years and it finally gave up the ghost.  It literally died on me. This sharpener uses a USB port to do the electric thing so that is different.  It sharpens pencils great and the size is great for me.  Recommend it for lighter use at home or a very small office.

I love this sharpener! i was having trouble with leads breaking and not getting a very sharp tip. i bought this pencil sharpener because ny other pencil sharpener broke. Now i am so glad it broke because i love this sharpener. My pencil leads are no longer breaking and i can get a very sharp tip without too mu h pencil being lost. i would definitely reccommend to anyone looking for a sharpener for just regular %232 pencils or for colored pencils. It is amazing....also nice that i can either plug in or put batteries in. This sharpener gets two thumbs up 👍.

It's very cute! Easy to use, and it sharpens fast.  I love that you can use batteries or plug it in. I got it for my 4 year old for her coloring pencils! (The manual ones weren't cutting it lol) It's a little difficult for her to push the pencil all the way in..  she does get it though, and I'm always with her when she's using it so it's not a big issue.

It's a great little sharpener!

I like this little pencil shopper. It's not so little. It's a nice size. I'm a big coloring person so my colored pencils are always at my access. I love grade 4 Home new school use highly recommend. It's battery operated. It's also can be charged to the computer port. Very happy with it.

Pencil sharpener

I would have given it five stars however the cord that comes with it is so short that you actually have to have it right next to the plug and have to sit it on something just to charge your pencil. You can't like set it on your desk and have it ran to a wall plug so that that's the only reason why I gave it for other than that it works great.

I like the sharpener and it sharpens nicely. The only way it works is by battery. I bought this since it can be plugged in and charged as well. Wanted to save on battery cost. That didn't work!! Maybe it's a defect. Since I don't use it often not sure I'll return it.

Wow, what to say. Hard to push the pencil in and then you had to get it JUST RIGHT for it to work. Couldn't figure out what was just right either. Slow, fast, medium, press harder, press softer, etc. I have used electric sharpeners all my life and none were ever so finicky. Took well over a minute per pencil on average and my hands hurt after a dozen.

Slowest and most difficult sharpener ever

This sharpener was marked 17.99 and was on sale for 6.99.  I returned it without ever even trying to use it.  How do I know it sucks then?  Well...the hole to insert your pencil seems like it was professionally machined to be 1/100th of an inch smaller than a standard pencil so you have to push hard to get it into the sharpener where it then becomes stuck.  Since it is made of plastic and weighs almost nothing...trying to remove the pencil just results in picking up the device with the pencil as a handle now.  
You have to grip it really hard and pull to remove the pencil.  Ever other electric sharpener I have ever owned is very simple....you put the pencil in.  It goes brrrrr.  You pull the pencil out...one handed.  It takes 3 seconds.  
Somehow they managed to make a cheap electric sharpener that removes every single advantage of an electric sharpener.
