These are my son’s favorite chicken fingers.  The chicken breast is good quality, and there is just the right amount of breading.

Express Chicken strips

If you want solid chicken breast strips these are not it.  They are formed white meat with a pretty good taste and texture,not greasy.  Kids like them.

Chopped and formed chicken strips

There was a chunk of bone in one of the first pieces I had. The texture is bad, very soft and just gross. Will not be buying again especially after seeing another review about a bone piece.

Tasteless. I don't even know what the white stuff is. Is it really chicken? Bland is the word I was looking for. At least it is not dry like lentil pie.  But wow, even the crumbs were crummy. I can't believe its ... chicken.

I got this as a substitute and should have returned it.  These are as bad as you would think/
