I bought this shirt for work in an XLarge and it fit perfectly.  True to size.  I like how the collar sits back a little in the front and doesn't choke like a traditional polo shirt.  It's
 very comfortable and stretches but not out of shape.  I havent washed it yet but it looks and feels like good quality and sure it will be fine.
