I bought a ring from these guys for my partner. I wanted to surprise her so I measured a ring from her collection and ordered. I was off by 1.5 sizes. I emailed these guys 3 times to ask if they could resize. There was zero response. The ring itself is hollowed out to save money but the inside is hollow and not like the picture.
