I am a woman size 4 who needed a work shirt that is similar to the coveralls I buy in Women's size small, so I went for this shirt.  It has the same fabric which I LOVE, but unfortunately I can't make a men's size small work because the shoulders look hugs on me and is not flattering at all. I wish they made this shirt in women's sizes!  Women need work shirts too, so not sure why Dickies doesn't cater to our needs in that department.

Love the shirt. It's comfy and it looks good. I ordered the tall size and I would do it again if I plan on tucking it in. If not then I would order a regular length. For reference I'm 6'1”.

Work Shirt - Long Sleeve

I'm a 6'8" tall 350 pound contractor. I had a few of these shirts in short sleeve and was looking for more colors. The shirt is perfect in every way other than the sleeves are too short for the shirt (even for someone not nearly as tall as me.) But that didn't matter to me because I have them tailored to short sleeve anyhow. The shirt is 36 inches long and square bottomed, perfect length to make sure if it's tucked in it won't have any corners pop out because it's to short somewhere. And it's nice enough that I can wear it untucked and unbuttoned with a t-shirt underneath and it works for a night out with the wifey, etc. If your a tall and big guy looking for a high quality work shirt find and buy as many colors of this shirt as you can, I'm up to seven different ones now and looking for more.

The shirt is fantastic. I love the poly/cotton blend it provides just enough softness with the added benefit of durability and wrinkle resistance. I would love to see more colors! The short sleeve work shirt seems to have more vibrant colors so if you could make all of those colors available in the long sleeve work shirt that would be even better. the shirts are so stylish give us big guys more colors so we can go out on the town in style. Otherwise as far as fit don't change a thing keep it vintage.

I actually bought this because it is the closest thing I can find to a dark blue long sleeve uniform shirt that I wore in the U. S. Air Force back in the 70s and 80s.  The shirt was designated as 1549 Dark Blue Men's Shirt.  The only difference is that the Dickies shirt has no shoulder epaulets and is Polyester/Cotton blend where the uniform shirt was Wool/Cotton blend.  I needed it to attend the funeral of an Unaccompanied Air Force Veteran's Funeral where his only surviving relative could not attend.  I was asked to receive his burial flag on her behalf which I was honored to do.

Very good-refreshing 2XLT is accurate.. I ordered big because sizes rarely are. I should have XLT.. and we washed before I found out.  A very good shirt, but I will donate to bless someone else!

Accurate sizes to fit

Dickies work shirts are good quality and are durable. We have Park Rangers though, 2 of which Dickies did not have their size. We prefer the Park Rangers to be in same uniform with the good quality that is comfortable, which is why we always buy Dickies brand, it's great. However, Short sleeve work shirts only come in Sand Brown color and not Khaki, where as the long sleeve same shirt type except its long sleeve does come in khaki color. Sizes LT and 3XT are not available in short sleeve at all- so it is challenging ordering uniforms for the guys to match and have the same shirts. The alternative sand beige short sleeve that had the correct sizes we needed was too thin and wrinkled easily- they would not do well with embroidery work. We like the Original workshirts- they are just not available in sizes needed for our crew.

Good quality/ lack in size options/colors

I bought the shirt for my employees and I to wear on the job site. I was going to get my logo put on them. But the sleeves is to short for myself I even bought a larger size to make sure they would be fine. The shirts are not made for a 6 foot guy maybe kids

I thought I had bought the same shirt as last time and after looking at both, Yes they are the same shirt. But, the new shirt, specifically the sleeves are smaller, i.e. the diameter Now if I had been going to the gym and spent time working on my arms, I'd understand, but, I haven't.
