I love the thickness of the Dickie shirt. that's the reason why I purchased them. I didn't purchase them when on clearance cuz they're kind of pricey. so I need to play the waiting game

Absolutely a quality shirt for the price you pay for them.  I have always bought these shirts for years now:

Nice weave of material. Top notch stitching. Fit works great for me and falls to a good height for wearing untucked. Variety of colors. Breast pocket is a sweet capper.

These Dickie shirts used to be great. The material and fit has changed, and not for the better.

GIGANTIG heavy plastic tags sewn into lower left side of shirt. Yeah ,they sewed it into the seam.
You WILL live with a scratchy piece of plastic rubbing your side all day or you will rip, tear, cut a hole in the side of your shirt to rid yourself of the constant irritation. Then you can be irritated by the hole you put into your new shirt.
