My family loves these with stirfried veggies, just make sure to use a non stick pan and cook the veggies first and then add the noodles, takes no time at all

Super easy and fast to prepare

my kid love to eat udon very much, this one is very convenient, not like another type of udon which need to put in freezer.

Bought these noodles as I was browsing the International isle at my local Walmart store. These noodles come 4 to a pack, are nice and soft, take 3 minutes to cook (if just boiling) and taste good. I thought you can use these for multiple dishes not just for udon miso noodle soup. With a little experimentation I was right. You can make tofu veggie stir fry and lightly saute noodles with sesame flavour; you can make these noodles with any combination of sauces/spices/mushrooms/vegetables then top with your favourite grilled meat. The possiblities are endless, just let your imagination run free. I will recommend and buy again.

Not Just For Soup

I really like to cook these Shanghai-style noodles with bacon, chopped cabbage and onion as well as a delicious peanut sauce.

The noodle doesn't need to be stored in a refrigerator and very easy to prepare. I just flavour it with soy sauce for a quick meal.

I bought one to try, i found it was expensive but it is a 4 packs, i cooked 2 wich i put in a 9inch plate and it was full, and i liked it a lot and it dont require long cooking like pasta so when in a hurry it`s perfect as a side dish

Not frozen

I bought a pack of Dragon udon for a quick snack, but it was so quick that it became "mushy" or no texture even before dip them in boiling water for only 2 minutes. I then try to cook it in a different way, by soaking the udon in hot water for 1-2 minutes,still it came out tasteless with no texture whatsoever, even with all my seasonings in. Hope the Dragon maker can improve, without overcooking before packing them.
