this couch turned out wonderfully! my husband (pictured pouting because i told him to get up) loves it! Hes 6'3 and the Ottoman works well for him. its a bit firm but we prefer it that way. i would buy this again for sure! its easy to assemble (you do need two people) and comes in one box (heavy but we got it up some narrow stairs!). would buy it again!

Perfect for my room. The color was as pictured, size is ideal, easy to change from left to right L shape. 
Easy to assemble ( my five year old granddaughter assisted me). The carton was delivered early, it is very heavy and not easy for one person to move - it is large.

Exactly what I was expecting

I know it says you will need two people to assemble but with patience and balance I was able to assemble on my own. It took a little longer because you needed to make sure everything was placed/aligned correctly. This sofa is comfortable, adds a beautiful look into your home. I just need to add pillows and a throw!

Definitely need more than one person to put this together but other than that it was pretty easy. It's a good size.

I bought this couch for my first house and it is AMAZING. So easy to put together! This couch is comfy and the perfect size for my space. Would buy all over again.

I understand, reluctantly, that ~$500 is what passes for a "cheap" couch these days. What should you expect from a cheap couch? Something a whole heck of a lot better than this. 

I'll get to the product itself momentarily, but wanted to touch on the Walmart order and fulfillment process a bit... During the order process I was informed it would arrive on Monday, but after checkout and processing it said it would be here on the Friday before. Hooray! But sadly on Friday morning it switched back to Monday. I had taken the day off to move it in, so that sucked. On Monday we were informed it would be here on Tuesday. It did arrive on Tuesday, beat to pieces, but there was no actual damage.

Product:
Pros - 
It is easy to put together (10 minutes solo)
It is reasonably attractive when viewed from the right angle
You can sit on it
It is the least expensive of these types of couches

Cons - 
The ottoman/chaise lounge part doesn't connect to the body of the couch in any way
The chaise cushion doesn't connect to the chaise lounge
If you sit on the chaise the end of the cushion flips up in the air
Touching the chaise will cause it to completely slide out from under the cushion (will attempt to resolve this with some velcro as it is literally dangerous right now)
There were dessecant packages (large ones) under the black fabric under the chaise, thus causing it to sink down. Had to cut it open to get the packets out and then restaple the black lining. Who has to do this with a brand new couch?!?!
The back cushions were squished (not vacuum sealed like the seat cushions) such that they have indentations that have not come out 
Two of the feet did not have the padding stickers that were on all of the other feet 

I give this couch 2 stars, because it is still a couch/sectional, and will function as such. But holy smokes, $500 is WAY too much money for this piece of junk.

Low price, low quality.

not even close to the light grey picture online. it's more of a brownish- taupe color. Also very cheaply made. thin back and flimsy base for the cushions. Have to keep it now, since I had to unpack everything to get ready for the handyman service to assemble it.
